Email notification about New Group Discussions is not sent

An email notification about New Group Discussions is not sent.
When I create a new discussion.

A checkbox is checked at New Group Discussions in User Email & Notifications.

There is no message in Monitor >> Mail Queue.

Joomla 3.4.3
Jomsocial 4.0.9

Hi,

I unzip and put it at:
/components/com_community/libraries/notification.php

but the problem is not fixed.
No mail is sent, and there is no message in Monitor >> Mail Queue.

Would you please tell me what I have to do next?

Please, provide us correct information about your site backend.
I've tried to use information that we already gave... but they doesn't work ad they confuses us.
What's the backend URL?
And are htaccess credentials correct? For which URL?

Hmmm, are you sure htaccess credentials are correct?
After I type in or paste user name or password, login prompt is displayed over and over again.
Can't get in.

It seems that your site have more issues that just no group discussions notifications. When I try to check menu configuration in backend: prntscr.com/8enpu2

When I login at frontend: prntscr.com/8enq46

The issue above is fixed.
I disabled some plugin for about security.

>When I login at frontend: prntscr.com/8enq46

I add a frontend URL in Site Info.

After I changed above, I confirmed there is still problem about the subject.

Please check both again.

You didn't enabled... new discussions notification in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Groups -> Group configuration: prntscr.com/8eorqn

Enable it and notifications will be sent ^^.
