Email Notifications are being Duplicated

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Email notifications being sent 3 to 4 times in duplication to site users. I have Site Configuration "Send Email on Page Load" turned "OFF". Using J3.4.1 & JS4.0.8

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login
2 Post in Activity Stream of a Group


RESULT
Duplicated email notifications being sent to users of the group

EXPECTED RESULT

One email is only supposed to be sent.
