Frontend : Blank page when clicking link to create Bulletin and Discussion
Sorry to come back so quickly with another problem.
I was testing features to make sure my users don't get problems and I noticed that for a group I can't create a bulletin nor a discussion, either as a group owner or as an administrator => I get a blank page.
What steps do I need to take in order to replicate that issue?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I debugged on my local test server, and I get a strange fatal error on these pages only :
[15-Dec-2014 14:59:03 Europe/Brussels] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Mobile_Detect in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/hivsaloon/modules/mod_ads_elite/fields/ismob.php on line 12
It seems to be somehow related to the Ads Elite modules I'm using and those modules are Public, everybody see them.
Disabling those allow the addnews page to display normally for a site administrator but free members can still post an announcement.
I'm also going to contact the JS ProfileType support and Ads Elite support because there is some weird interactions in here
