When I logon to jomsocial as a super user, I can see everything of a group and make posts in a group without being a member of that specific group. Normal users can't do that. They have to be a member in order to see en post in a group.

Is it posible that normal users can see and post in every group like a super user whithout being a member?

if you want make normal user can act like super user for a groups, this customization need much effort. Because need changing many files code. and the customization will disappear at upgrade process.

may i know what reason for this purpose?

Thank you for your reply.

We use the group functionality as departments (or facilities). New users should get inmediate access to these departments (like the super user has) when they sign up without having to join that group. Also when a new department / facility is created, all existing users should get inmediate acces to that new facility. That is why we want this functionality.

It saves a lot of time of system administration and this proces can be perfectly automated....

Jomocial made ​​to the usefulness of many people in general. not all of our costumer needs can be met 100% of our products.
we do not recommend to modifying the core code because you will have problems if jomsocial should upgrade. because there are changes in the core will be lost.

maybe you can contact the developers link I gave. who knew they could help. or not, there may be 3rd party extensions for this purpose. you can googling for it
