Assign to group not working

When I click Assing to group from my jomsocial panel, nothing happens. I got empty popup like this:

I want to have 2 groups and assign members in proper groups.
Additionally if you are able to explain me and suggest me, how I can create 2 types of memberships from Jomsocial? Is it possible or I need to install an addon? I have checked one addon here:

But how can I download it ?!?

Please you update your Jomsocial to the latest version 3.2.1.3 for fixing this issue.

I have the version 3.1.1 is there a patch update from 3.1.1 to the 3.2.1.3 , or I need to download the whole script from My account page ?

Also I have tried to install the latest joomla using iJoomla installer at my stagging temporarry server, and I got some errors when I log in at jomsocial dashboard. You can see the attached images.

The issue caused by the 3rd party plugin regacymailing, please you disable it, or you set the joomla error reporting to none.. this is just warning not a important issue, please you contact regacymailing developer for fixing this..

Thank you alot. I have updated the plugin and the error is gone now. All good.
One more thing and I will close this topic. I got an error message when I try to manage Multiple profiles ( settings, wattermark ). Upon save I got this error message:

Can you check this folder /images/watermark/ is writeable ?

I added new icon watermark on your profile type and saved sucessfully.
