ISSUE SUMMARY: Unable to upload photos Undefined error message. see screen shot. Seems not to matter which computer, mac or pc. Have tried 4 different machines. Also tried various browsers. Does however work on my computer.

Also Cannot upload photos to new album. The photo uploads and we get a blank photo image. Please see third screen shot.

I'm not sure what this means. How do I fix this issue?

for now, after I set joomla error reporting to none at joomla global configuration. you can upload photo, because that error message not showing any more. but not sure ari sexy lightbox module works properly or not.

if no issue with that module, you can ignoring that error message. but if the module got the issue. you need to asking that module provider for more support. they need to update that module code.

We are still getting error message on two different computer located in two different homes. Here are the screen shots. Keep in mind it has always worked on my mac,but never on my wife's computer or my clients.

my assumption, that browser cache issue. please try to clear the browse cache, logout and login again.
I created new user, and I still able to upload new photo at sharebox and at album directly
