Hi Dimas,
we are now on 4.2.1 on our dev system. The issue is not fixed. I tried to change the description of several events and made some words bold etc. but the formatting is still not visible in the description.

I think there is something wrong on your current installation, please you test this :
- install another joomla and jomsocial installation on your server, eg yousite.com/newInstall
- install joomla and jomsocial on your local

and test this issue, let me know the result..
