Events nearby search don't work !

Hi,

The Event nearby Search of my Jomsocial does not work on my website.
On localhost everything works fine.

Please, upgrade to JomSocial 3.2.1.2 and check if issue persist.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

But I can't upgrade to JomSocial 3.2.1.2 now ! My client want to launch his website and I have to find another solution please, thanks.

I've made the upgrade with another domain with a full backup of the original website and the issue persist.

Hi Anais,

I have just tried to login to look at your issues and access is not working. Can you please check and correct so we can look at the issue for you.

I am not sure why this post has remained unanswered by us for 3 weeks and i apologize for that, maybe you have turned off access. Once it is enabled we will look at it as a priority for you

Please make sure your location is not more than 50km from the event location, I also tried this issue and works fine in my end.

Hi,

Because your event location eg "Bar 3W Paris" is cant be found by google maps, if you change the location to "Paris" instead you will get it.

Cant we make any autocompletion because for the customers, he cant know this information?

Hi Anais,

We designed like that, your location is cant be found with google map, even if you see in event detail this map location "Bar 3W Paris" is not appear there, but if you change to "Paris" the map location will appear.
