Event pages template not loading

Hey, I'm not really sure what happened overnight but when we try to view out events the page displays like this now:

when inspecting the element and checking the red alert, this was what came up.

Ups! It seems that whole header is gone...
No <body> tags in code...
Did you customized any JomSocial files?

Please provide us with working FTP credentials, probably we'll need to check some files.

First what can you try is to reinstall JomSocial (make a safe copy before that, you can use Akeeba backup)

Hey Michal,

This was just installed with the latest version.

I can try to reinstall but will we lose all of our data? we have over 6k members on the site and it's a live one.

Also i updated original post with FTP please let me know how that goes.

You shouldn't loose any data (but always a safe copy is a good idea :) ).
Re-installation should replace all files... so you could loose only customization, if you made any, and only if they ware applied to core files or to templates without using override feature.

Just tried a reinstall and the problem is still there.

It seems to only be an issue with event pages.

Also how would i lift the limit for ftp then? It seems to be fine on my end as i can upload and install.

This module "Jticketing Buy Event" was the trouble maker. I disabled it and now events pages are loading correctly:

i just realize that going to edit event doesn't work either with that mod disabled.
