We have a problem with the activity stream not displaying in the event details page when you click on the Recent Activity tab for event attendees..

We want to show the activities status to the Event attendees..

Joomla Version: 2.5.18
Jomsocial Version: 2.8.4.1

JomSocial 2.8 is very outdated version of JomSocial, which is also not supported by us anymore, did you consider upgrading to the latest JomSocial version which is 3.1 right now? Also it seems you're using a custom template, you can try if this problem will happen on default Joomla and JomSocial template.

We assigned the default templates and tried.. But it doesn't seems to be working. The activities are shown only for admin accounts ,not for attendees..

You didn't refer to other part of my reply, like I said JomSocial 2.8 is not longer supported by us since it's really old version of our component. Did you consider upgrading to the latest 3.1 version?

Ok, we will upgrade.

We need to know small information, "Send email to participants" link is working proper. But the problem is participants getting email notifications after 5 or 6 hours. We set cron job for every 5mins. So, why it happens?

Please make sure that cron configuration is correct, since JomSocial is not responsible for sending those emails.
