I Purchased this software at the end of December 2015 so I can use this software on my hobby sites. My support has run out and I can not seem to get it running on any of my sites. There always seem to be an error at some point clicking around that crashes the program. This is very disappointing. I have purchased a lot of plugin for WP for around the same price of your product and 3 to 4 years later they still work. I would like some help! I purchased this product and did not have time to work on getting it going. Now that I have time to get it going it does not work.

Did you upgrade your Joomla to the latest version? it can be caused by this issue, because the old jomsocial version cant work on latest joomla.

Actaully jomsocial should be working even your purchase already expired ;)
