Renewing Jomsocial

I have been a recurring client for 6 years and have renewed again to find my billing and account are out of order. I renewed directly due to your ijoomla updater not working. I have paid and have not been able to update.

Please fix and credit time lost.

Please find enclosed account numbers. The proper account should be JomSocial Pro (100010453)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Your updater does not function and you will see from the date, I renewed two days before expiry.
I am still waiting for renewal that I have paid for and am unable to upgrade. I now have a new account again (the third in four years) with a different account number. I also did not get my discount for renewal. This has happened twice now that I have not received my discount.

Please correct this as I do not wish to upload new installs every time.

Hi John,

As I replied in the ticket you sent us to our billing department, what you did is to buy a new license instead of renew the current one. You used a coupon code that is not valid to renew, probably this is the reason you bought a new license. To update your site you have to use the new license ID. If iJoomla Installer can't find the license ID uninstall it and reinstall the new version included in the downloaded package. If the domain name is set properly the system should take the license ID automatically. If it doesn't happen let us know.

I have reinstalled and it does not work.

I do not get Memorial day due to this.
