I'm creating a new website (localhost). I've downloaded the latest version on my PC, but do not let me use it because the license has expired. I thought you could use it after my license expired. As I can use it?

You can still using your extension even if it expired. What you can't do is to use iJoomla Installer anymore because that system grant you access to the latest version.

So, in this case you have to install the component as any other regular Joomla! component using the package you downloaded from our website.
