Change primary Login - Transfer license to customer

I purchased Jomsocial under my account (we are a web design company), but the client wants the license to be transferred to his email account, which we are ok with, since he is the customer.

Can we transfer the license/login for salserosclub.com to a new account? The new account is:

acct username: salserosclub
