hi there - i have renewed but your support team wont answer my queries because the system isnt showing a badge... please see below what Michal Dluzak told me to write... I don't see subscription badges under your avatar. I'm not allowed to check accounts in the system. So, please, could explain this in "Billing issues" category: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues Post a ticket that you just renewed your subscription a week ago but no subscription badges are displayed along your avatar on the forum. can you please fix this now - and advise him he can look at my issues. thanks!
