The problem is that the license of jomsocial and overcame. Is there a problem if we change the domain??

It's a lifestime extension, that means that it will not expire and will work on all your personal sites. You have to update the domain name assigned on your license only to get support. But since the license already expired you will have to renew it to get updates and support; something that I suggest you because we are releasing new very interesting updates these days.

So, no problem if you use the component on reduka.com.
