Hi, i have a technical problem 2 days after install. But i have no acces to the support forum...

Please help!

(problem is about a message in the Jomsocial configuration: String could not be parsed as XML

Where do i find my lincense id?

My account, my downloads is also empty.... i am not able to install the patch ....

I found a license associated to this account: aspire3050

Looks like you are logged with a different account and it's the reason you can't see the license.

Use the correct username to get access to our support system.

On that username i am not able to login or requiest an new password....

the message is constantly "Reset password failed: Invalid email address" on the email i receive your messages on....

Could you make a new account or reset the user details? Username : HeerlijkTafelen, please send me a new password

I can't move the license to another account or send the login info to a different email address for security reasons. So, I sent the login info to the GMail account associated with aspire3050
