Hi,
Yesterday, our
www.blabber.buzz
has gone live and it worked perfectly for nearly 5-6 hours and after that jom-social broke off. It broke around 1:30 PM and it was fixed at around 8:40 PM (Maryland time). It got fixed automatically.
Error message which appeared during that time was : 0 - Call to undefined method Joomla\Registry\Registry::getInt()
I am sharing here screenshot also.
Please let me know reason behind this and how we can resolve this issue ?
Thanks

I still need to know that page URL so to know where to look at.
HI.
Apparently issue that occured is related with this post:
prntscr.com/hb7chf
And it's generated by third praty comment plugin.
It may be that it uses outdated JRegistry::getvalue() that was removed in Joomla 3.x (it should use JRegistry::get() )
But I can't sey that on 100% as issue do not appear now...
Next time when you encounter it - try to remove related post from stream.
Hi,
We encounter same issue in the morning and had realized that when people write on their profile page, this issue occurs. Today, two people wrote on their profile page and site totally got broken after that. Once I archived those two stream activities, jom-social section come up properly.
Please check screenshot indicating my points.
Thanks
Nirmal
HI.
But if you removed them... I can't see the issue to investigate.
I know that this is your live site... so maybe you could create a copy where the issue will be present?
Hi,
I had replicated the situation at
joomla-94224-369992.cloudwaysapps.com/
Please note that this Dev server has same credentials as that of live site.
Thanks
HI.
Thank you. I was able to identify the source of the issue.
It comes from 3rd party plugin: plugins/community/ccomment/ccomment.php
prntscr.com/hbnwji
Please, contact with Compojoom (plugin authors) and report this issue to them as it's not caused by JomSocial.
