Hi Rakesh,

about Gender filed translation, that because you put MY_GENDER[white space]. you must not using white space.
after I remove that white space and put MY_GENDER at language overrides, now you can see the correct translation for each language.

and about registration steps changing back to neutral. I made the changes at:
/components/com_community/controllers/register.php

and reaplace all

CRoute::_

with

JRoute::_
