Cannot verify private key

JomSocial Expired

We have a login for Jomsocial - both within Jomsocial and external. Both allow the user to get a reset if they have forgotten their password. This.This has worked for over a year. Sussenly, we are getting a message "Cannot verify private key.". I checked the JomSocial backend and the public and private JomSocial jeys are there - apparantly the same as they have always been.

Can you help fix this or tell me what to do?
