Ok, please, update this thread wherever you'll need.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, I have been trying to update my JS from 2.6 to 2.8
I started by deinstalling all ext & plugins.

Downloaded the 2.8.4.2 but when installing I get this error;

Installer: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Copy failed
JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file /****/****/****/****/****/tmp/com_community_pro_2.8.4.2/site/azrul.zip to ****

Any idea what is going wrong?

I tried access your backend fair2.co/administrator but I get "The requested URL /administrator was not found on this server.", please provide me the correct URL

I think I have upgraded it the way I wanted it. I still have some rights problems
that I have to solve. For this I will open a new topic.
