your site having many members, so I need to disabled JS members module.

please check it. your site not slow anymore. I think without JS members module, your site doesn't effect much with it.

Is this right solution to disable JS Member module?
I will check deeply. Most of the members are dummy received with JOSocial extension. Is there any way to remove all together dummy member?

yes, this is the right solution. because JS members module consumed big query data.
and about dummy users, you need manualy to do that at joomla users manager. it's hard to know who as dummy members or real members.
