Technical Support Engineer

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide timely technical support and assist our customers and clients in troubleshooting and solving problems related to our products.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance on our products to meet the high quality standards demanded by company.
• Prepare the technical documentation needed for all our products.
• Provide the necessary technical assistance needed by the programmers at Slashes & Dots Sdn Bhd in completing their tasks.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Our main product is JomSocial, a social networking software that has transformed thousands and thousands of websites all over the world. The successful candidate must first have an excellent flair in English, a friendly disposition and a high motivation in sales. Your love for sales is highly critical for this job as you are required to close sales and meet sales targets set by the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide live chat sales support to enquiring customers that visit our website.
• Have a professional tone and live chat etiquette to communicate and obtain information.
• Have a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to be able to answer to the needs of the potential customer.
