Hello

The RS Tickets PRO component is not mobile responsive with the Socialize template but is responsive with other templates. The component uses bootstrap.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you,

John

Hi, John.

Thank you for contacting us and reporting this issue.
I need to see that issue.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hello

I have received two slightly different css codes, the one sent in the email is
@media (min-width: 768px) {
.form-horizontal .control-group .controls { margin-left: 180px;}
}
where the forum post is different.
@media (min-width: 768px) {
.form-horizontal .control-group .controls { margin-left: 0px;}
}

I have tried placing both in the template, css, custom file and neither of them work.

I have cleared cache too, but no luck.

Can you have a look again please?

Thank you

Hi,

sorry my mistake, the CSS should

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.form-horizontal .control-group .controls { margin-left: 0px;}
}
Here the result:

Hello,

That is working now, thank you. Could you please have a look at the dashboard demo.doctorsee.me/patient-data/case-records-secure ?

Can you advise how to have the three boxes (create case, view cases, search cases) align beside each other rather than underneath eachother?

Thanks again,

John

    margin: 4px;
    list-style: none;
}
#rsticketspro_dashboard_knowledgebase .row-fluid .span4 {

Hello Dimas,

That works very well on the desktop. Any chance you could help make it mobile responsive too?

Thank you,

John
