Can't upgrade say's no valid license

ISSUE SUMMARY:

I have a single domain license, however I have a development and a production version of the site. On the development site jomsocial shows licensed and I was able to perform the upgrade. On the production version it is saying not licensed and will not allow me to upgrade. How do I fix this so I can upgrade my production site?

I solved it. I failed to upgrade the installer to the latest version.
