Smileys not working after updating from 4.1.6 to 4.1.7

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After installing the security update smileys in private messages won't show up anymore. I tested it in both versions.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Test smileys in private messages in version 4.1.6
2 Install update with iJoomla installer
3 Check version 4.1.7
4 Test smileys in private messages

RESULT
Smileys don't show up in private messages

EXPECTED RESULT
:) should show a smiley

BROWSER
IE, Firefox, Chrome

You mean that if you sent example:

"This is test message :)" Then you receive "This is test message" - without :)

Is that correct?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Please, make safe copy of this file:

ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/inbox.message.php

Then replace original with patched file from package.
