When creating a new ad on the front-end I have encountered several problems.

1. I select the type of location you specified Geo Targeting and any option and the system does not show me the fields to continue. Quite the opposite happens in the backend which works perfectly .

2. The checkboxes are staying in a double row and looks very ugly.

3. after finishing the banner and give keep getting an error 1064

4. Entering the admin and banner if it was created but does not recognize any parameters of social targeting

All your styling issues are caused by your template. I switched to Joomla! default one (Protostar) and everything is displayed fine: prntscr.com/6j0cfm

So please, contact with your template developer in order to fix those issues.

As for 1064 error - I assign developer to it.

2. I made some changes in "administrator/components/com_adagency/helpers/jomsocial.php",
3. I can save that test ad and I can't replicate this issue, I can save the test ad.
4. Please test now, let me know if this issue persist.

I can't replicate your issue, I attached a print screen with what I see

scrolls the page down and disappears strip and is just the logo , you should change the white strip as in Figure 2 that sends you earlier.
