No support at all - Don't waste your money
I bought the JomSocial Centaur template, then realized that without the underlying Joomla Template the Centaur was useless. I tried posting on the forum, sending support requests, etc. but no response. I actually did get a response when I couldn't download the template, but after that no support at all.
Also I noticed that their main support person hasn't logged in since April (according to their profile) and the forum has been overrun by spam!
Centaur is probably the JS template that would most suit our project, but without support or the underlying Jommla template, it is useless!
The support is non existant
I have tried on three occasions to get in touch with them, its like talking to a ghost company no one exists. The support forum has many new unanswered queries, there is a label that says under new management shudder to think what the old management was like. If you want help forget it!!!!!!
