I just fixed this issue, this issue caused by menu id 687, and I already disabled it..

Invite friends feature in jomsocial is not working. I am trying to invite friend by email. Form submit but not message after submit form and not going email to inviting email. Kindly let me know .

Teresa and Gabriele, our developer checked out the issue and found out there is no bug but it does requires the cron job to work in order to send the emails. Would you please post a support ticket so we can look into your settings and see if something is not set up properly? I get that it used to work before and now it seems not to, we will have to take a deeper look
