I've got jomsocial 4.1.6 and all of the menu working very fast but my video menu is quite slow. Any ideas gusy?

Hi Krisan, I don't have active licence probably this is why I can't open new topic, but I will be honest I never asked any question in the past, only once when backend dissapeard without doing anything. I don't want to buy a new licence because my jomsocial has been modified, and upgrade will vanish all of the work, but buying upgrade just for one question looks me a little bit too much. The...

Ok I checked when I bought jomsocial and it was at 07.02.2016 and with one year support, and if I I go to jomsocial account it's says already expired. Wath does it mean? Do I have valid licence? How can I check it? Any way I never seen "New Topic"button on my jomsocial support site.
