Is the new Unlimited Developer Access retroactive with previous 5-site access?

Unfortunately, the new plan carries different price structure and is not retroactive with 5-site license. However, we've made it easy to upgrade from any plan by just paying the different ($52). Please contact billing@jomsocial.com with your request upgrade.

FAQ below is for 1.6.x and below. 

Am I allowed to install JomSocial on the development domain?

Yes. Each license entitles you to install JomSocial to any number of test or production site. However, we will only provide support 1 site per paid member. You will need to purchase additional subscription to obtain support for a different site.

I'm a web developer. Do you allow licence to be transferred to my client once the site is handed over?

Yes. kindly contact us (billing@jomsocial.com) with your current license information and the new owner. We will transfer the support contract to the new site owner.

I'm a web developer. Am I allowed to sell a modified/integrated website to someone else?

In short, yes. You can either keep the support contract in case you are responsible for maintaining the website, or contact us to transfer the support contract.
