Groups and categories ID

Hello. After I deleted groups and categories when I create new ones theirs IDs start from 3717 (attachment). How can I start with ID 1?

You can change that only in database, in groups and group categories tables. You'll find it by name.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Will the groups categories created in phpmyadmin work the same as the ones created in Jomsocial?
And when I changed group category ID to 1 and than create another one its number is 3780. Why does'nt it have ID 2?

It's because autoincrement command.
You need to execute this sql query:

ALTER TABLE `table_name` AUTO_INCREMENT=1

table_name - your table name, remember about table suffix.
