Hello. Is it possible to create Jomsocial menu item with a link to Categories list (similar to the menu item with a link to All groups)?

you can't create menu item linked to module.. the group list that you marked with red sign is a groups list module... you only create a menu item linked with components or article or external url :)

this is not an easy customization about change module width and height.. if you don't understand about your template typography, changed module width and height will be ruined your site template and for this thing we can't help you.. if your template ruined, you will be came back to us and ask again about your site.. we recommended you to hire pro developer about changed template style or module style :)
