Bassicaly this video is made by one of our great customers, Craig. maybe you could ask him for some assistance with this matter by commenting his video in community, since I'm not a developer then it's really difficult for me to provide any solution.

I did send him a message but I have not heard back I just want to knwo where I find the button, Changer Cover ... what folder is this in?

You should be able to reposit this button with some css tweaks, the file is at com_community/templates/default/css/style.css and look for "#community-wrap .btn:hover,"
