This issue looks like issue with JS and JA Social II template.
Provide site backend access and I'll report that issue to our JA developers.

I checked the latest package of JS and template and no issue found prntscr.com/h46jf9
On your site the front page seems different code running.
Have customised the page in the template?
Please let me know the custom work or revert the changes and check this issue again.

I dont rememberto modify anything of code template. I only changed image viewable at frontpage view.

Pankaj is right, issue is caused by your customziation, an override in ROOT/templates/ja_social_ii/html/com_community
I commented out folder by changing it name and login form is back to normal: prntscr.com/h4egqn
You override whole assets folder and issue is probably caused by it.
