The notifications (pop-up) in the header toolbar don't work when in non-jomsocial pages like articles.

Hi mark.

This was already reported by other user, our developers are already investigating it.

These pop-up are to small for there content, especially the "global notifications".

Like I said, our devs are already looking into it. I'm sure it'll be fixed as soon it's possible.
