ISSUE SUMMARY:
It seems to me that in the settings to add a variety of styles is the thickness of the border = 0, or in the style settings of the border = none.
Thus, the super user will have the ability to display zone, articles and media without border.

I am sure this is caused by 3rd party Joomla template..
With section border do you mean ? Can you provide me the screenshoot please? so I can help you to solve this.
