Unwanted registrations

Hello!
I get lots of unwanted registrations from Romania and Poland and many others on my site "Spejset.se".
How can I stop that?

Hi
You can not block the users on Joomla as there is no such option, however, there is 3rd party extension like Admin tools, Geoblocker on JED that allow you to block access some locations, in that case, they cannot access the site.
