After upgrade to JomSocial 4.5 buttons "Forgot Username?" and "Forgot Password?" do not work. The page refreshes and then displays a system message "You have logged out". Before the update, everything worked correctly. I use template JA_Mood.

The page has been redirecting to the Logout menu.
You need to create two new menu items like you have exit menu,
For the time, I created and unpublished these two menus on your site under service menu
Here: prntscr.com/hysjwk
Kindly publish them and clear Joomla cache.
Refresh front end and check.
