After updat chat not coming notification to mail

hello,
I updated chat jomsocial, because I had problem with thumbnail:

Problem with thumbnail was solved. But now not coming notifications to mail about new message. The message is not in mail queue. I do not know if it has a connection.
Your developer has also repaired sending bulk emails from groups. Perhaps there is a connection here. Other notifications works great.
Can you help me?

Thank you for contacting us.
I checked this on your site and it works fine email notification about new chat does work: prntscr.com/hkqcuo
But doesn't for chat response.
I'm not sure if this is by design or an issue.
I've sent a notice to our developers for clarification. Will update you ASAP.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Email is send only for initial message. As this is chat, having email for each message would be rather uncomfortable and your email box will be flooded with messages ;) So this is by design.
