Hi,

I have searched a lot of places, but I couldnt find a feature to allow User 1 to add notes [can be plain text comments] on the profile page of User 2.

The notes are only visible to User 1. I have tried Jreviews before but its expensive for this purpose and not sure whether the ACL works.

Is there other solutions for this? Thanks.

The solution is by using Private Message, you can send plain text or add attachement via Private message.
