hi

I have a problem on my joomsocial I have a user named ICE
I give the rights to be multi-user but after 10 minutes he is only author or administrator, all other rights are removed, today when I tried to login I could not .. for my password was removed. logged in as a superuser and give all the rights back and changed the pasword, 10 mins again so were rights removed. it is mysterious because if someone were steale my password so they would steale my superuser password and not the ICE's.

Could it be something multiciple user or is it something else joomla work?

Hi.

No, user password wasn't stolen but your user lost right to login to backend.
Resetting ACL permissions for user is quite rare issue but sometimes it happens on some instances.
I'll ask for advice our developers.

We found root cause of this issue - a bug in Joomla!
We already reported it: issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/5138
So it should be fixed in future hotfix for Joomla!
