i dont know exactly....
only know i did changes on other profile fields... add some new ...
and after that ... i have the error again ..
had same error .. then according your hint, i delete birthday and made new... that work for short time..

Did you setup the date format inside the custom profile right? if yes, please you remove it, set it empty,because we have bug on it.

For timebeing the format in edit profile cant be changed, until we have the patch for it.. I suggest you use the default first, and change it again when we have the fix for it.
