Error after uploading an avatar

After you upload an avatar on profile comes the following error:

Attachment ScreenShot09-02-14at12.28AM.PNG not found

And in the stream doesn't show that I have uploaded a new avatar.

The problem is that it does not appear that I have uploaded a new avatar. Or it was removed in the new version.

I've fixed the above error. But when I upload a new avatar on your profile it is not displayed, for example: Andronika change avatar.

Please enable the user point from site admin > components > jomsocial > configuration > user point > "Change Profile Picture"
