Dear Pankaj or jomsocial supports team,

I have noticed when I wanted to send a message the time says in the message box from my side 17:03 on Sunday 18 of February 2018. But officially when you see my time on my mobile display it says 10:12 Netherlands Time. The times don’t match with the official time zone and the time of what jomsocial community mentioned.

How can I set up the time for me and for other users around the world to get the right timezone when sending a message?

It's the Jomsocial site and use the time zone that is set up in the Joomla global configuration.
Due to security issues, we disabled the Frontend options.
On your site you can open > Joomla admin > user > user options > Fron end user paramerers > enable and check.
