Ich habe diese Lizens : JomSocial Professional (100020273)
und wollte Updaten auf 4.4.0. Leider funktioniert das nicht.
Das System liest zwar das: com_community_professional.4.4.0, ein aber JS bleibt bei 4.3.3
Was soll ich machen?

HI, Klaus.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

I'll investigate.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

HI, Klaus.

I'm sorry but it seems that FTP doesn't work.
Please, try to install JomSocial using "folder install" method: docs.joomlabamboo.com/getting-started/ho...p-folder-in-joomla-3

Vielen Dank Michael. Der letzte Hinweis hat geholfen, aber es sollte auch ergänzend dabei stehen das auch das com_.... entpackt werden muß und das komplette Ergebnis in den tmp-Order geschoben werden sollten.
Thank you Michael. The last note has helped, but it should also be supplemented by the com _ ...... unpacked and the complete result should be pushed into the tmp-Order.

HI, Kalus.

Great to hear that it helped :)
It seems that your server max_upload_filesize is too low to meet latest JomSocial version requirements (it should be set to 10M).
Just upgrade it for the future.
