Upgrade Current JomSocial Pro to Supercharged

Hello -

Following the recent changes, I am interested in upgrading from Pro to Supercharged. Am I able to pay a prorated upgrade fee for the remainder of my current Pro subscription? Also, does the current sale on the Supercharged subscription apply to upgrades?

Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry but the only option to upgrade plan is from Standard to Pro.
I'll contact with billing department and ask if it will be possible to issue a refund for cost difference between Pro and Supercharged - after you purchase Supercharged.
I'll update you ASAP.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal -

I appreciate your looking into this. My biggest concern is renewing my subscription for Socialize, so I figured I would just upgrade to the Supercharged. But if it's easier for me to just renew Socialize and stick with Jomsocial Pro, I think that will also meet my needs at this point. Thanks!

I talked with our Billing Department. There is an option to upgrade from JomSocial PRO to supercharged.
You need to pay the difference.
You purchased JomScoial PRO for $99
Supercharged is $299

So: $299 - $99 = $200

If you agree then I'll send you a discount coupon to purchase Supercharged for $200. Please, let me know.
