I'm trying to send something to tech support. Although my subscription has ran out, its more of I found something you guys didn't fix. I don't need support but for once you guys do, lol

Your dev's need to update the links in JomSocial section for multiple profiles on the site config section as both the documentation link is dead and the video link goes to the wrong video.

Please, describe issue in details - where links need to be fixed?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

which redirects to Setting Up Amazon S3 Remote Storage on JomSocial instead of video on out to configure or use multiple profiles.

No a problem always glad to help, and although my support is expired, can you still direct me to where ic an get information on how multiple profiles work and how to set up a multiple profile registration

There is documentation but it's available for users with active license.

You need to create bunch of profile fields in Customize profile. Then in Multiprofile you create new multiprofile and assign profile fields to it. After you enable at least one multiprofile it will become available during registration. If you already have registered users, they will need to edit their profile and choose one multiprofiles you create... in other case they will have displayed ALL profile fields in their profile as they use "Default profile".
