1) navigate to album (open album in same window; not modal/popup window)
2) type comment and attach image to comment. Post comment 9to album).
3) navigate to main stream.
Result: Stream doesn't display attached photo.

When you comment on the Album or its photo, The photo comment will be visible when you open it in the full view.
I commented on the Album and stream will notify that I commented on this album.

May be in this case you can add some extra text (or icon) to text-comment in stream?

For example “See attached picture in full item view”? “Attached photo available in full view”? Not sure how to explain...

Because sometimes user doesn’t post in comment field any text and just attached photo. And in stream it looks like empty (deleted) comment.

With this extra text other users will understand that there is attached photo, but it hidden and to see it, he need to navigate to album. In other way he just will miss it...
