Hi I needed to increase the photos upload limit and when I went in the back end to do so, strangely the joomsocial screen is blank. What happened?
We just moved the website to this VPS and I hope it is not causing problems for us.
You can see the back end here: www.cookingwithnonna.com/administrator/
I can provide credentials in private.

Please help!

Best,

Vito

Also, when I try to upload a photo or a video, it will not allow me to select the category or the album.

Hi, Vito.

Thank you for contacting us.
Do not add new post under your first one as this will remove your thread from pending list... that's why our response could be delayed.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thank you for getting back to me Michael. We have resolved the issue. It turned out that we had to increase a memory limit and now all is fine.
